Akira Kayosa ::: FIRESTORM -stormin' 25

So I was going to further put off blogging, well, I stopped watching the Olympics, but I've just been working a lot and staying up unnecessarily and was tired from that.

And here I am, fbooking, googlemapping and browsing kicks online. I'm gonna go to Bows& Arrows tmr and maybe cop a pair of nice kicks. What you would actually call "kicks". Hahaha I'm really not much of a sneaker freak at all. Just need comfy okay-looking shoes. I wanna get a pair of those new Onitsuka Tiger Asics. Hot hot. I actually haven't been to Bows& Arrows before. It's next to the Peet's that was Krishna's on Telegraph & Dwight that's next to Upper Playground, which is the upscale really hip cool t-shirts apparel shop that has a store on Haight, and that expensive really hip stuff is a tad intimidating to me so that's why I haven't stepped foot into that store yet. Yeah. haha I always walk on the other side of the street.

Okay back to what I really was going to blog about. Just online, listening to ETN.FM, and WHAT IS THIS?? Omg such good trance!

08.Aug.08 on etn.fm
Genre: Trance (uplifting/classical- meaning some songs with more piano, strings elements, and not electro-bangy/housey)
Rating: SEHR GUT! (I think I only caught the last half of the mix, but it was real good.)

Haven't heard of this guy before, you can google him.
Couldn't find the tracklist, but Tiesto's Athena is in the mix. One of my FAVOURITE songs. I have that on 12", that's how much I love that song.

SKILLS presents: FREE PARTY IN THE PARK!

Yeeeah kinda late to be posting this now...
But I will be attending! Haven't been to a rave in a year (lovefest doesn't really count, but even if, still a long time since). And it's FREE! and by SKILLS! W00t w00t!

It was pretty good, actually! Well, of course! SKILLS!
Only caught the last two tracks of John Beaver's set, but was quite good.
Blix Cannon I don't like that much, they spin more electro-bangy-type trance. So I walked around with my friend.
Got back in time for Dyloot's set. Also quite good! He played Armin with DJ Shah's 'Going Wrong'. Loved it. And the tracks after that to the end were good too! =)
Definitely got my much needed dose of trance raverade. Hahaha.
However, must still go to a rave before heading down to school! =D

Pictures!
