I hate and love looking at beautiful photography at the same time.

I wish I had a DSLR so I could take night shots. U___U;;

In the beginning of the school year, I attended the Photography Club's first info meeting. Never joined or went to any further meetings though, because they essentially only do digital. They said they were going to look into booking the dark room, but yeah, not too sure. They've held two photo contests so far, and go on field trips to take pictures.

Econ midterm#2 tomorrow morning. I hope I do better, get at least a C-, to average out my grade to a passing status, from my D+ on the first midterm.
Then I have a paper due on Thursday. I've only loosely outlined and written scattered little paragraphs. I plan to type it all out to some sort of coherentness and then print it and revise it all tomorrow.

I should really listen to Pandora more, such an easy way to hear bands that I've never heard of, or more songs from bands I do know, instead of always listening to trance, psy trance, or drum'n'bass. But psy and dnb are the most conducive to studying and doing homework. Indie rock and trance are kinda emotional and too euphoric, repectfully. Too chill and would slow my pace and I wouldn't finish my homework until too few hours later.

Eff being in microecon. All the prof. talks about are tomato farmers and imaginary car manufacturers. My AP (macro)Econ teacher last year in Berkeley High was awesome. Mr. Powers. I mean, d00d, his name is freakin' POWERS. Now I go to class with a few hundred people I don't know and listen to some boring guy talk about..cows grazing on public land. Powers made econ interesting, because it actually is. He talked about the subprime bubble that was happening then, like actually stuff that's happening in the world zomgf'reals. Ughh I guess it is just stupid microecon that I have to go through and read the news on my own and dl the economist podcast to be informed. EFF I can't find the "teacher quotes berkeley high" page for Powers' quotes. Darn.

LOL–a roommate story

So one of my roommates just went to bed. I, with laptop still on, decided to check out her fbook profile. Ahah and it's a Chinese thing, to use msn and windows livespaces. So ahaha I really want to lol but she's sleeping right now. She blogs on her livespace, and it's all in simplified Chinese and dyahhh! but in one entry she's written up a few funny convos. And one of them is a short convo with me. Mind that this was a while ago, when my desk was next to hers and I dreaded the smell of bowl noodles (I still abhor bowl noodles, though.)

She finished her bowl noodles, it's just sitting on her desk. I've endured the last however minutes it took her to eat it and the smell that is released with all that msg and whatnot, but I can endure it no longer and politely ask her if she could throw away her bowl noodles.

室友：You know, it smells like SODIUM.

Gosh am I having a sucky-3 day weekend so far. Ughh. I hate it when people don't answer my phone calls or e-mails. I want to get off campus, go to downtown SD, watch a movie, play Gran Turismo, and some more. Dyahhs damn it. Tomorrow and Monday better be better or I'm gonna die. Plus I'm reading Fahrenheit451 right now for class. Fucking dystopian shit depressing me further. Gyahhs.

Ughh got a very structured but strict and ridiculous replacement professor for my Culture, Art & Technology class. More hw readings + a tough final project. mangg. Japanese midterm#2 next week, microecon midterm#2 the week after, +CAT paper & finalproject. The new CAT prof in the previous (his second) lecture spent half an hour explaining how to properly write an e-mail to him. Pshh who wants to e-mail him now?

My pair of APC's should be arriving on Monday. =D

Maybe after this quarter I'll resume music blogging. Unless I procrastinate on hw and blog.

I am once again failing at blogging about music. I just listen to net radio almost all the time on the computer. philosomatika [psy trance], di.fm, etn.fm, ah.fm.. m a y b e check out a couple bands on myspace. I think I did okay on the political analysis midterm today. Gosh but today was weird. I had a small bowl of ceral for breakfast, then yogurt with some granola. Then my heart kept beating pretty fast like I just drank half a Red Bull or had coffee or a caffeine pill or something. In econ, my first class this morning, I usually get relaxed and start falling asleep 30-mins in, but I couldn't. Then in the afternoon of course, I got tired. I've been failing at naps and astral projecting lately, too. I think I'm using the word "fail" too much. But I'm not using it in the sense that I'm putting myself down, I just lack the vocab to more accurately say what I want to say. I'm finally more calm, falling asleep, and then I notice that my body's become asleep. Except my mind, now, since I just noticed that I'm falling asleep and thus kinda stop falling asleep. Gyahhk my mind is becoming aware too early to astral project or go to sleep. Dyahhs. Yesterday, I woke up like 2 or 3 times during a 3-hour nap. Not very conducive.

Okay so, I guess I've kinda moved a few things around on my priorities. Homework, reading the news, studying, and sleep are more important that blogging about stuff, unless it's just blogging about my going-ons. So..music will return sometime soon. There're some bands/albums I've been wanting to blog about, but that'll take me some time, which I don't have much of anymore after reading the news and hw reading. week 5 &&Dustwave

It's nearing the end of week 5 already. Midterms time. Week 10 end of instruction, then week 11 Finals. and Spring Break! Yay うちかいる！I'm liking how this quarter time is passing faster. Well, as they say, as you grow older, time just goes by faster. Last quarter it was like crossing off each week on the planner. The pace of life right now is really nice. +3-day weekend coming up. yeeah.

Ahh I am failing at blogging at the moment. Or at least blogging about events. Instead right now I'm blogging about why I'm failing at blogging and about the mix I'm listening to right now. Way to be on the cutting-edge music blog circle. Haha. And there are so many awesome events coming up, that I will unfortunately not be able to attend. etd.POP! omg!

Yeah so I still haven't blogged about the show last Friday @theLoft, The Shys, Nickel Eye, and Low vs. Diamond. And I just came back from another show @theLoft, a percussion group called So Percusssion.

Right now I'm tuned into DI.FM:: Dustwave–Turnpoint2009. Good mix. Any uplifting trance, I'll love it. Oh noes my roomie right next to me is 'bout to pop open a bowl of ultra-high sodium powdered noodles. >____<;; GAHHHK! It's so noxious I get nausea. Seriously. I'm not effing kidding here. Dear Police,

These meanies on this message board are making fun of my 16 year old girlfriend because she did a bunch of drugs and attended an illegal rave party in her underwear, but left her bresteses exposed with the words "FUCK ME" painted on her chest. She then took a bunch of pictures that were posted to the internet. These big mean people on this message board found those pictures and are now making fun of her. I sent instant messages to a few members of this message board and told them that if they didn't stop, then they would have to come have a talk with me at the next illegal rave party that we will both be attending. But all they did was make fun of me. I told the moderators of this message board that I was going to take this to the police because my girlfriend is totally bummed out and is NOT a whore even though she went to a party in her underwear and had FUCK ME written on her breasteses and was totally high on drugs and let people take pictures of her.

PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP.
