The updated GIS Tutorial: Workbook 1 for ArcGIS 10.1 is slightly different from the previous version for ArcGIS 10. A couple chapters are switched around, and the assignments have clearer, step-by-step instructions. But for the most part, you can continue to use the older version for tutorials.
